Level One

This level is designed for those individuals who “just need a little extra help”. When staying at home has become too much, this level of care allows the most independence with the most assurance for safety and socializing.

- Assistance with Medication:
Monitoring medication and making sure that they are delivered and monitored per the doctor’s orders.
- Assistance with Bathing:
Our aides are trained on the different techniques that allow for a good showering and bathing experience.
- Assistance with Meal Planning:
We provide three (3) well-balanced, nutritious meals a day with snacks in between, if desired. WE promote good nutrition through a selective menu, a good exercise program and personal assistance.
- Assistance with the Basics:
Reminders for dressing, full housekeeping and laundry services.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WALK WITHOUT A WALKER

Level Two

Our clients are very important to us. Planning for their care at Rose Gate and Mori Manor begins with an initial assessment. Level Two care provides for more direct and special care needs.

- Assistance with Medication:
This level allows for higher volume and perhaps more changes in the medication plan.
- Assistance with Bathing:
When mobility and memory start to affect a person’s ability to care for themselves, we set up a schedule to meet the individual’s needs. Our aides are trained on the different techniques that allow for a good showering and bathing experience.
- Assistance with Meal Planning:
Mobility and memory make it difficult to maintain ideal body weight and proper health. We pay special attention to monthly and weekly weights.
- Assistance with the Basics:
This level allows for additional help, to compensate for memory and mobility. Deficits.
- Transportation to and from doctor appointments.
- May use walker and sometimes wheelchairs for distance.

Level Three

Being comfortable and safe means a lot to us. When there are significant memory losses, there is a need for more assistance, more activities and more monitoring of daily condition.

- Full Assistance with Getting Dressed:
We will make sure that you are always dressed for breakfast, lunch, dinner and other activities.
- Full Escort Assistance:
One of our specially trained aides will personally escort you to and from all meals, activities, to and from bathing and showering.
- Personal Assistance with Walking and Mobility Difficulties:
Getting in and out of chairs, cares or just getting out of bed becomes more difficult; our personal care aides are there to help.
- Assistance with the Basics:
This level allows for additional help, to compensate for memory and mobility. Deficits.
- Transportation to and from doctor appointments. We personally escort you to and from all doctor appointments, lab works and dentist appointments.
- May continually use wheelchair.
